Removing a Learner

  1. Select the learner(s) in the Enrolled Users list.
  2. Click Remove User(s).
  3. Confirm the action.

When can learners be removed?

Learners can only be removed if they:
  • have not started any courses
  • have not completed training
If a learner has started training, they cannot be removed. Group Leaders cannot remove other Group Leaders.

Reclaiming Seats

Removing a learner who has not started training will free up the seat for another learner. This allows you to reclaim seats when a learner cancels or does not attend.

⚠ Important Warning

Deleting a learner from a group permanently deletes their account. Only remove users who did not attend your course.

Why removal is restricted after course access

Once a learner starts a course, their account cannot be removed or reassigned. This ensures:
  • learners retain ongoing access to resources
  • training records remain accurate
  • platform costs remain affordable for instructors
