No. Seats are assigned to a single individual and cannot be transferred. This ensures accounts remain a long-term learning resource.Can I reclaim unused seats?
Yes — if a learner has not started any courses, you may remove them to reclaim the seat. ⚠ Removing a learner deletes their account.Why can’t I remove a learner?
Learners cannot be removed once they:- start a course
- complete training
