Each learner added to your group occupies one seat.
Can seats be shared between learners?
No.
Seats are assigned to a single individual and cannot be transferred.
This ensures accounts remain a long-term learning resource.
Can I reclaim unused seats?
Yes — if a learner has not started any courses, you may remove them to reclaim the seat.
⚠ Removing a learner deletes their account.
Why can’t I remove a learner?
Learners cannot be removed once they:
- start a course
- complete training
This prevents reassignment after course completion.
Why this policy exists
Preventing seat reuse allows us to:
- keep costs low for trainers
- maintain long-term learner access
- support ongoing professional development
