What is a seat?
A seat allows one learner to access and complete courses. Each learner added to your group occupies one seat.Can seats be shared between learners?
No. Seats are assigned to a single individual and cannot be transferred. This ensures accounts remain a long-term learning resource.Can I reclaim unused seats?
Yes — if a learner has not started any courses, you may remove them to reclaim the seat. ⚠ Removing a learner deletes their account.Why can’t I remove a learner?
Learners cannot be removed once they:- start a course
- complete training
Why this policy exists
Preventing seat reuse allows us to:- keep costs low for trainers
- maintain long-term learner access
- support ongoing professional development
