✔ Confirm learners received login emails
✔ Ask learners to complete pre-course modules
✔ Review how to track learner progress

During Training

✔ Monitor progress from the admin area
✔ Send reminders to learners who have not started
✔ Download certificates if required

After Training

✔ Remove learners who did not attend (before they start courses)
✔ Review completion status
✔ Export or save certificates if needed
