Add a Single Learner

  1. Navigate to Add User
  2. Select Add and invite user
  3. Enter:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
  4. Click Add User
The learner will:
  • receive an email invitation
  • be added to your group
  • occupy a learner seat
  • appear with status Not Started
If the user already has an account, they will be added to the group and receive a welcome email.

Add Multiple Learners

Option 1: Multiple Users Form

Use Add User → Multiple users to enter several learners at once.

Option 2: CSV Upload

Upload learners using a CSV file. Required column order: user_email; user_pass; first_name; last_name Important
  • If user_pass is blank, a random password will be generated.
  • Column headers must be included.
  • Incorrect formatting will prevent upload.
💡 Tip: Google Sheets often produces cleaner CSV files than Excel.

Seat Usage

Each learner added to your group occupies one seat. Seats are assigned to individual learners and cannot be shared. If a learner does not attend and has not started any courses, you may remove them to reclaim the seat.
