Billing Options

UK Academic Institutions

Institutions can arrange access through an annual billing agreement administered by Newcastle University. This option is ideal if you:
  • run multiple courses each year
  • require flexible seat usage
  • prefer annual invoicing

Purchase Learner Seats (Per Account)

Learner accounts can be purchased individually and assigned to a group.
  • access duration: 1 year
  • cost: £20 GBP per learner

Instructor Accounts

Instructor accounts are provided at no additional cost when managing learner groups. They allow you to:
  • assign learners
  • track progress
  • manage completion
  • download certificates

When are institutions billed?

Billing occurs annually in July based on active seats used in the previous 12 months.

Do we pay for unused seats?

No. You are billed only for active accounts.

Can we remove unused learners before billing?

Yes. Learners marked Not Started can be removed before billing.

Do we need a new PO each year?

Yes. A new PO is required for the following billing period.

Can we add more learners during the year?

Yes. Groups are created with capacity for flexible enrolment.
