# Emailing Learners

> Send messages to learners based on course status.

## Email Group Members

Use **Email Users** to contact learners.

You can email learners by status:

* Not started
* In progress
* Completed

## Email Settings

Emails are sent using:

* **From Name:** Group Leader name
* **Reply-To:** Group Leader email
* **From Address:** [support@researchanimaltraining.com](mailto:support@researchanimaltraining.com)

Recipients are BCC’d to protect privacy.
